Track 1 -- The Astral Planes:My experience of the astral planes was vivid and clear. I met my Master in my special outdoor place. He wore a long white robe with black symbols on the back. We drifted up above the mountains and then arrived at my astral plane.

After looking around, I realized that I had visited this place before, only this time I did not go through the tunnel or doorway as I usually do. It wasdaytime, and there was an exquisite blue sky with pure white clouds. To the right of us was crystal clear lake. There was an island some distance from the shore. To the left were many sparkling white buildings, and marble walkways curved through the buildings bordering the lake.

We went inside a large building. There were many books on one side; on the other side, people sat in recliner chairs wearing headphones. My Master informed me, “We still have books, mainly for the pleasure of reading, but most learning is done over there.” He pointed to the recliners. “All you have to do is close your eyes and the book is imprinted in your mind. You also see the author speaking to you as you learn.”

We went back outside and continued walking through the city. “Do people have houses here?” I asked.

“Yes, you can create whatever you desire with your thoughts. There isn’t the lag time between thought and manifestation like there is on earth; in fact, the lag time is almost non-existent.”

We came to a large white building with five double pillars. “That is where most of the decisions are made,” my Master informed me. “It is like a government, but the decisions are not made by individuals; rather, they are decided by the collective thought of this astral plane.”

We then walked up the grassy hill overlooking the white buildings and lake. I asked him about the biblical passage about the false prophets. He responded, “That is there to help keep people from worshipping individuals or groups of people.”

“But what about the New Age and its emphasis on the Self?” I asked.

“You know this: You must first love yourself before you can love others. This is all about Love, and what you see here is your home.”

Then my spirit guide appeared. He told me I was doing better now but I still have a tendency to question him a lot. He says I need things spelled out more than once but I’m getting better. My spirit guide also told me that the Master works with many souls.

Track 2 -- Soul History:During the first earthly incarnation, I perceived myself living a “fulfilled” life. Fulfillment came through being a part of a community in close relation to the Earth. The term “live in the present moment” was appropriate here. Acquisitions and accomplishments mattered little; it was as though the Ego aspect of the psyche was still pure.

I was told, “You are in a vortex or change, a critical point in humanity. It’s time to reclaim your lost wisdom.”

Mind, Heart, Emotions &Atlantis & Lemuria

Track 1 -- The Astral Planes:I was easily able to visualize my Master. He was a man with a beautifully wrinkled face and hands, dressed in a gray robe. His face was wonderfully sculpted with Native American features. He was hooded in brilliantly white soft hair and a long beard, and his gray robe seemed to flow softly around him. After we ascended, his robe became a softer, lighter color and was made of the softest material I have ever felt. As I held his hand, his skin felt like velvet or silk.

We decided to explore “creating your own reality.” Much time was spent explaining that his appearance, his name and changing features were all part of the reality I created, as knowledge and wisdom are a mixture of all cultures, as all are representations of the same knowledge and wisdom.

When we left the earth plane, we traveled through all the colors of the spectrum, the brightness intensifying as we ascended. We stopped in a brilliant, clear, vibrating purple, which I was told was my vibratory level.

We visited the learning center, where some listened to a wise instructor and others seemed to be learning with electronic devices. What was repeated over and over was that manifestation and the creation of reality involves three parts: Mind, heart and emotion. All three must be used to truly create the reality you desire. Over and over I was instructed to “run all thoughts, especially when consciously creating, through your heart. Think of it clearly in the mind and feel the positive emotions associated with it.” I was told that negative thoughts and emotions visualized without “running them through your heart” can bring less than positive, dramatic results.

I visited my guide, who has been with me physically in other lives, and in spirit throughout this life. I always enjoy interacting with him. We spoke of other guides and their messages to me, and particularly of the importance of stabilizing and balancing my body so that all will work in harmony so I may receive guidance easily, without blocks or interruptions.

Soul History:During my lifetime in Lemuria, I made my living by lecturing scholars. We had become very advanced with the power of our minds, but had left the heart behind. With all our knowledge and technical spiritual advancement, with our knowledge of how and why things worked, we had stopped the development of our hearts. I told the students that I feared it was this very fact that would allow outside influences to infiltrate our society and that would be our ultimate downfall. We were brilliant and accomplished, aware of the facts and spirituality, but we lost our feelings and instincts.

Atlantis was a much lighter atmosphere. I worked with disease of the body manifesting from disease of the mind, using natural tones and vibrations of crystals, color and music. I raised the vibrational rate of bodies and stabilized them to eliminate disease.

Reunited With Beloved Pet

Track 1 -- The Astral Planes:It was a beautiful place, like a space between two cloud layers. There was a brilliant light ahead of me that offered the greatest warmth -- not bodily warmth or temperature but an inner warmth. My Master, M’Saud, was with me, but he was not the source of the warmth. If anything, he was foreboding, silent and watchful. His appearance was nothing I had expected. His countenance was almost frightening, and he appeared completely devoid of humor or any form of affection. He was a small, middle-aged man with black mustache and stuffy beard. His eyes were narrow-set and fierce looking. I asked why he looked the way he did, and he shrugged and said he chose to look that way.

As I looked around, I heard a loud bark, then Sam was at my side. He was a dearly beloved pet who had shared 17 years with me before he died, and I have never gotten over losing him. I began to cry, and then I was overflowing with the greatest sense of joy. I asked M’Saud why I couldn’t feel love and kinship with people like I did with Sam. M’Saud told me, “The dog’s love was unconditional, unlike human love. To feel love and kinship for others, you must love yourself first. You must love yourself as you are.” He also told me that in a past life, I made other people conform. I made them feel cut off from love unless they performed to my ideals.

Then M’Saud took me to my guide, Anna. She wore a nun’s habit, and had a full face and light blue eyes. I asked her why I never heard from her, and she told me it was often difficult to get through to me, that I wore too many blinders. She gave me much information regarding my personal life and my purpose on earth. When we were done talking, I returned to the mountain top. I sent a burst of love to all those I had hurt in past lives and asked them to forgive me.

Vibratory Rates & Atlantis Life

Track 1 -- The Astral Planes:I met my Master, who was named Andolfo. He was an older entity with long white hair and beard, dressed in a gray robe. He carried a long staff in his hand.

We walked along a winding path. The first thing I saw was a school, and I asked him what kind of school it was. He said that it was for prayer and meditation. I saw adult and child entities, playing, talking and relaxing. All had smiling faces. Master Andolfo said they were in a class to remind them about reincarnation in preparation for their next incarnation. We passed another group being lectured by a shining entity of light. Master Andolfo said the student’s vibratory rate had reached a level that allowed them to be a guide or guardian on Earth, and they were receiving instructions on what to do.

I met Arrow, my main spirit guide, and Michael, who was Arrow’s aide. We talked and I was told that I could raise my vibratory rate faster by helping others open to the Light and realize who they are. Arrow assured me of his constant presence. He indicated that my scalp would tingle in answer to my request for a signal from him when he was near me. I thanked my guide and his aide for their guidance and protection, then Master Andolfo and I returned to the mountain top.

Track 2 -- Soul History:In one Atlantis lifetime, I worked in the field of communication and transportation, using crystals. Crystals as tall as people lined my office wall. The Atlantean city looked very modern with geometrically shaped building of metal and glass. The lifetime I experienced related to my search for understanding spirituality.

Mother Earth & Father Death

Track 1 -- The Astral Planes:I had the image of light flowing like a fountain, and I saw cloud formations appearing and disappearing in front of my eyes. I heard a voice say, “I am not my body. I am surrounded by love.”

There was the beginning of a tunnel and a door. A bird appeared, coming out of the darkness into the light. The light and darkness merged in a way I can’t explain. The darkness was mysterious and unknown, but it was not evil. The light was also mysterious and unknown, and it was good. I was trying to get comfortable on a rock over a cave entrance, when my Master appeared. It was Jesus. I expected him to come from inside the cave, but he came from outside of the cave in the form of an old but lively beggar-hermit. His clothing reminded me of John the Baptist. His personality kept changing; at times he was comical. He moved close to me and we held hands and sat down. He proceeded to lead me through different incarnations.

Track 2 -- Soul History:I perceived myself as an infant animal clinging to a stately woman full of light. The infant animal kept inching closer to her face, then became an infant girl who was self-absorbed. The light moved from the woman into the child.

In an Atlantean lifetime, I saw the cave where I met my Master. Inside the cave was a large crystal that emitted light. There was a city in the cave, whose people bathed in the light from the crystal.

My guide came, in a flowing robe around a human figure, a feminine presence. This figure had the God-light within her. I felt completely comfortable with her, lying on her bosom, curled up on her lap, lying my head in her lap. She rubbed my temples. The presence became more androgynous and began to kiss my face and neck while holding me. Her face became a human skull, but I was not frightened. I kissed the skull lovingly and thought of death. it felt like I was in the arms of mortality, a combination of mother earth and father death. I loved this death, which is the door to higher plane.
